Exclusively Hybrid

Alex was great to work with. He explained everything in detail and answered all my questions and concerns. Toyota wanted $5400 to replace the hybrid battery, whereas Exclusively Hybrid charged $2400. And their battery is BETTER than Toyota's because their blocks (cells) are cylindrical in shape, which has better airflow. Also, Toyota only has a 2 year warranty and Exclusively Hybrid has a 4 year. Furthermore, I had my car towed by AAA and there was damage from the tow. Alex was kind enough to review his surveillance video. He emailed me snapshots of the video showing the damage to my car after the tow dropped it off, with the tow truck driver in frame taking pics of the damage. Alex is very knowledgeable, friendly and trustworthy. Glad I did business with him!

I purchased a replacement battery for my Prius V from these folks last year and I couldn't be happier with the product and service Alex has provided during and since the installation. I had to jump my Prius recently and the dash lit up like a Christmas tree. After grabbing the codes from the dealership, who just told me it was not a genuine battery, Alex led me to a shorted out battery voltage sensor. A $60 ebay purchase and about an hour of my day later and I had the car back up and running, once Alex told me I also needed to disconnect the 12v. Superb service even after the sale. I will definitely be back when the current battery goes out in another 100k miles.

Saved me thousands of dollars over a new battery. Alex is extremely responsive, courteous, and flexible. He was able to accept the car and return the car after hours. If you have a hybrid vehicle and you need battery work done, you need to check him out. He knows what he’s doing and he’s not adversed to doing his own research into your car to help you in your situation.
