Brought my ‘91 Oldsmobile Cutlass Supreme with an electrical problem that I thought would never get resolved to Florida Auto Electric & All Services. Jose diagnosed, solved and fixed the issue in just a handful of days. Zina is pleasant, explained to me every thing that was done. I’m very happy with the work this shop did for me and I’ll definitely be back.

Tried calling to send a customer to them from another shop, first time I called they said "I have a customer on the phone so I'm going to have to let you go" then proceeded to hang up on me. Then I called back saying "Look I have a question, I'm trying to send a customer to you and need clarification of whether you can help." Response? "I have a customer on the phone so make it 30 seconds" Has customer service left the building? Just so the owner can see that I have my calls recorded. So no accountability either!

In 26 years of driving..cross country, coast to coast all over the USA I’ve never once blow a tire.. until today. I just so happened to get damn lucky to limp my jeep into the lot of a gas station right across from this shop and they were able to get me a new tire and replace it right in the gas station parking lot within 2 hours. I’m forever grateful!
