Galceran Auto Electric

I recently had my Cadillac CTS serviced at Galceran Auto Electric & Repair Specialists, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the professionalism and integrity of the entire team. From the moment I arrived, they treated me with respect, took the time to listen to my concerns, and carefully explained the diagnostic process. Rather than guessing or replacing parts unnecessarily, they followed a systematic, professional approach to identify the issue and kept me informed every step of the way. What I appreciated most was their honesty, attention to detail, and commitment to doing the job the right way. It’s clear that they take pride in their work and genuinely care about their customers. Finding an auto repair shop that values proper diagnostics, transparency, and quality workmanship is becoming increasingly rare, and Galceran Auto Electric & Repair Specialists truly stands out. I also want to give a special thank you to Yamil, the manager. He was professional, patient, knowledgeable, and always willing to answer my questions. His excellent customer service made the entire experience much more reassuring and enjoyable. I highly recommend Galceran Auto Electric & Repair Specialists to anyone looking for an honest, experienced, and highly professional repair shop. I’ll definitely be returning for any future service needs.

The staff is friendly & very professional I needed a complete service on my 2025 Audi RS5 it was taken in immediately no wait. I was told it would be ready within approximately 3 hours included a tire rotation, balance & alignment. The most important was the invoice it was $1200 dollars cheaper than the dealer.

I went to get an oil change and i was impressed...not about oil change, i guess you can gdt that anywhere BUT HERE I GOT WHAT MOST AUTO SHOPS DONT HAVE, AN INCREIDIBLY POLITE TEAM. Yamil thank you for your corteus and incresibly transparent customer service. The place is not big but hear me when i tell you they are giant at developing relationships with their customers. On top of that very reasonable pricing, no gimmicks no hidden fees. I even got a quote for a electric job and was very reasonable!! ALL GREAT!!!...Visit them for a service you wont be dissapointed.. if you live in Miami you know how hard it is yo find a honest business, specially autoshops. KEEP IT UP

I called them and stopped by with my 2013 vehicle to check out my brakes. They were awesome, kind professionals on top of everything. My car being an older (and not in a fancy vintage way) vehicle with problems was met with incredibly attentive mechanics. I was blown away, and will return in the future. I highly recommend them. My car feels like new. Secure.

Great experience. Quick, efficient, and no upselling at all. I brought my Volkswagen Tiguan in for a full synthetic oil change and filter change, and everything was handled professionally and straight to the point. Yamil was friendly, answered any questions I had, and kept the process fast and easy. Fair price and excellent service, highly recommend.
