Jared J. Is the man!! He is very knowledgeable on EV batteries. He was very helpful and we got everything going well. Professional and straightforward. It is hard to find guys or shops like this nowadays. I highly recommend Green Tec Auto and I highly recommend having Jared work on your vehicle. Very easy going and not hard to speak with. I appreciate his effort and time on saving my Lexus. Once again, he's the man.

I found Greentech from online search and Jared replaced the battery in a relative's Gen 2 Prius in the most efficient and knowledgeable way ever. Outstanding customer service! This all took place in Pittsburgh, so Jared had a two-hour drive each way to complete the work. As all the other reviews have stated, he is a friendly, helpful and very customer-focused guy and the pricing compared to other options (like the dealer) is a true value! Highly highly recommended! Update May 2026 - battery had to be replaced again under the Greentech warranty. Absolutely no issues with the service and 2nd go-round with replacement - Greentech stepped up fully and said "occasionally this happens -- could be an issue with the electronics local to the battery itself". Cautiously optimistic that this replacement will be the last one...!! Update July 2026 - turns out the inverter ($$$) in the car is going bad, which is causing the batteries to fail. Greentech actually replaced the battery a 3rd time (!!!) under warranty but informed the owner (a relative) that it would likely only last a few weeks due to this. Needless to say, it was decided to let the car go to the scrapyard, unfortunately. Replaced it with another two-generations newer Prius which hopefully avoids some of the tech glitches experienced in this generation.

Wow! What a lifesaver. I had a $5k quote from Toyota dealership which included over $1k of labor for replacing my hybrid battery. One cell was bad and I got that "triangle of death" warning. I thought Toyota of Bedford could refurbish my battery or replace the single cell, but those weren't options. They only replace HV batteries. They should've explained this and set my expectations before charging me $200 for running diagnostics. That simply meant reading the ODB codes that I already had prior to making the appt. Ugh! I spoke to sales at Greentec and was offered 3 options that included cell replacement, reconditioning and a new battery. Because of their knowledge, reasonable pricing (half the cost of the dealer's quote) and a 4 yr warranty, I chose to replace the HV battery with a new one. Labor for install at Greentec was $200 and Jared completed the install the same day AND in less than 2 hrs! He's awesome! So happy to have that peace of mind. Highly recommend!!

I was pretty darn nervous to work with a company that I’ve never heard of before, and that was found from Google searching. But literally every step of the process of working with Greentec as a company, and most specifically Jared from this location, has been perfect!! Jared is super knowledgeable and kind and professional (but not in a stuffy stupid way). The battery swap was done extremely quickly and efficiently. Jared was very personable and able to answer all of my questions in a way that was easy for me to understand! Jared has my extreme respect and Greentec is clearly a very good outfit!

I had an outstanding experience with Greentec in Broadview Heights when purchasing and installing a hybrid battery for my older Hybrid Camry. Jared provided exceptional customer service - he was friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to ensure my experience was 5-star plus. The entire process was smooth and professional. I was in and out in no time while my old battery was removed and new one installed, which was really convenient. I highly recommend Greentec to anyone needing hybrid battery service for their vehicle!
