Great, fast service! Robert was patient and understanding and took care of my car quickly as well as any questions I had. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing battery installation services.

I would not recommend Greentec. They installed an unknown battery in my car and only provided a 30-day warranty. Unfortunately, the battery stopped working just 35 days after it was installed. A battery should last much longer than a month, and a 30-day warranty is extremely concerning for something this important. Now I’m stuck dealing with a dead battery and no support. Very disappointed with the quality and the lack of warranty coverage. I would suggest going somewhere else for a more reliable battery.

They saved me thousands on my Tesla Model S P85D battery and motor replacement! Robert was my technician and did an amazing job keeping me informed and more importantly did an excellent job fixing my car! Five stars all the way!!

1 star because i couldn't do 0. Ordered a new battery for my tesla M3. A month after my order i called to ask what the timeframe was, they asked for my vin and make model year, which is when i learned they had not ordered my battery. I dropped my car off early November, and it was at their shop till February. At no point did anyone contact me about any issues with the battery install. Only once i asked for updates was i updated. Robert seemed incapable of fixing my car, and once the battery was replaced in December, he was unable to give me a timeline of when it would be finished. The car had its battery replaced in December/January and once the battery was replaced, the shop ran into programing issues. After 1 month of back and forth, I decided to go to the shop to get eyes on my car. Robert was defensive and of no help. Once I returned home I got a text saying their remote diagnostic team could not figure out a fix for the car, they told me to come get it and take it to Tesla. After 10 min on the phone with tesla they pushed an update to my car which made it drivable. Why they couldn't have called is beyond me. Got car back that day and within 3 days i had an alert to pull over because the car was shutting down. The 12v battery that robert claimed to have change was bad within 3 days. I am still currently waiting on someone to come replace my 12v battery.. I dont think anyone should do business here if you want your car back in a reasonable amount of time.

Robert from Greentec Auto had to reschedule due to inclement weather. He called from the driveway when he arrived. He confirmed the steps I took that led to the battery as the issue. He then ran his own diagnostics for his confirmation. The service took about an hour and a half. He reviewed the repair and presented the bill. I took the vehicle out for a test drive and immediately noticed the charge of the battery was going faster and the that the projected MPG was registering around 56. Before the failure it was around 42mpg. Robert was thorough and made some maintenance suggestions concerning the other half of the system. We will schedule a tuneup. So far, everything is running well.
