They were able to save me thousands of dollars. Honda wanted to replace the engine wire harness instead of just fixing one wire

Highly recommend Harrison Auto Electric! Took my 96 impala for some after market horn and alarm stuff to be removed, splices in some wires to be fixed, re-loomed in the engine bay and under the dash. Michelle and Dwight was very honest and straight forward with their pricing and communicated very well during the repairs. I'll definitely be back in the future to have some more work done by them!

I was recommended to them and they did not disappoint. Very grateful to have crossed a shop that doesn’t try to just take your money. If you’re like me and know nothing about a car, ask for Michelle!

I had a very disappointing experience with this shop and feel completely misled about pricing. Initially, I was told it would be around $200 to diagnose the problem, about $250 to fix the start/stop sensor issue, and $350 to repair the oil leak. At no point was I informed that there would be over $1,000 in labor charges added on top of that. The way it was explained to me made it sound like the $200 and $250 were already inclusive, and when I asked specifically about the leak, I was only told $350 — again, with no mention of additional labor costs. When my wife questioned why the final price was much higher than what I had explained to her, the situation became even worse. The staff member responded in a disrespectful and unprofessional way, implying that I may not have understood correctly because I have an accent and that my first language is Portuguese. This was extremely inappropriate and offensive. They also made assumptions about my wife’s English, even though she was born and raised in Stockton and speaks perfectly fine. The way we were treated felt disrespectful and prejudiced. Overall, this was the worst experience I’ve ever had with an auto shop. The lack of transparency in pricing and the way we were treated is unacceptable. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I would like to express how Professional and Knowledgeable Larry's Auto is with dealing with my auto problem...in two days time it was detected and I agreed with them correcting the problem...I previously had went to Harrisons Auto with the same problem...they quoted me $330; $630 and then $930 the day I decided not to go forward, and they still could not detect the problem; my trust was gone...Harrisons couldn't even jump my new battery; said it had been drained too many times...I'm still using my same battery... I will be giving my review on both shops only to help save others from being taken advantage of from Harrison Auto Electric...The total I paid to Larry's Auto was way below the $330 I paid to Harrisons Auto for nothing they did in the week they had it...
