ICON did a great job on my Model Y. Personable and professional. The repair took a little longer than unexpected, but that seems to have been because of factors out of their control. They worked with my insurance company to the best of their ability. Feel much more secure, knowing that they are under the supervision of Tesla and adhere to their high standards.

The team at Icon were great to work with! They did a terrific job on my Tesla Model X and were on time picking up my car and returning it. When I got in my car I was amazed at how clean it looked!! I highly recommend them!!!

Service and communication was 10/10. The repairs look perfect. I only had to pay my deductible because insurance covered all other expenses. I will be recommending ICON to any other EV owners I know.

They took about two weeks to complete the repair, and the results are outstanding—the car looks absolutely brand new again. The paint match, finish, and overall attention to detail are top-notch. ICON EV did a spectacular job returning my brand new Model Y to its new factory condition. I purchased my Tesla MYLR and after owning my car for 2 hours and driving it 10 miles another driver backed into the car in a parking lot. Both passenger side doors were crushed in- luckily no frame damage. ICON EV worked w the other party’s insurance, send a quote and got the repairs approved. It took about a month to get the parts in (my car was still drivable). At drop off for the repairs, they quoted me 1.5 weeks to finish the job and that’s exactly how long it took. The results are superb- I can’t tell where the damage was. They also fully charged my car for pickup. ICON EV gets a perfect score for timeliness, workmanship and professionalism- they also communicate via text and were always responsive to my questions. Chris was great to work with. Highly recommend them for repairs to your Tesla.
