Had 2 mini split air conditioning systems installed; one for the sunroom and one for the garage. From beginning to the end, it was apparent they were professional, friendly, detail oriented and genuienly wanted to do a quality job (which they did). We were so impressed with their work & fair pricing we decided to move forward with a future electrical project as well as added a full coverage maintenance plan on our main A/C system. Infinite Air & Electric did an outstanding job installing our new central air conditioning system. The technician took the time to explain everything in great detail and presented us with two options: repair the fan motor or replace the entire system. After discussing the pros and cons, we decided to have them install a new A/C system. Vincent provided us with an excellent price and went far above and beyond our expectations. It was 11:00 PM on a Sunday when our breaker box popped, smoked, and ultimately melted, causing us to lose power. I called no less than 10 companies that night, and Infinite Electric & Air was the only one that either answered or had someone available to work the holiday weekend. By the next morning — on Memorial Day — they were already at my house ready to go. They came fully prepared with everything needed to replace the existing breaker box, add additional safety features, and bring the meter setup up to code. They also identified several existing electrical issues that could have created future problems and are working through correcting those as well. Going from having the fire department at your house one night to feeling the safest you’ve felt in your home less than 16 hours later is exactly why I wanted to write this review. What also stood out was the customer service. On the way over, they even called and asked if my family needed coffee, breakfast, a cooler, or ice since we were without power. That level of empathy and care is rare. Vinny, Steven, and the entire team — thank you for the outstanding customer service, empathy, and for getting us taken care of so quickly.
