Infinity Electric

I can't say enough good things about the team from Infinity Electric that performed our service panel upgrade (from 100 to 200 amps), installed two dedicated EV outlets, an RV outlet and fixed an earlier electrician's wiring mistake. On an older house like ours (1965), there are almost always gremlins lying in the path of modernization that create some kind of headache or cost increase, but Vince, Jon, Noah and even Lauren at the office slayed all of the little buggers without batting an eye or needing more money. Although Infinity is not a "discount" electrical company, their bid for the service panel upgrade was the lowest of the three I obtained, and I thought the cost for the other services was quite fair as well. In any case it ended up being a great value. The result was a professional installation that I feel confident was done right. Vince, Jon and Noah were patient with my endless questions, innovative when (often) necessary and unfailingly responsive and polite, and the office handled all of the city and SCE inspection appointments for me, as well as the panel upgrade rebate paperwork once I received the approval. It really made the process worry-free and easy. I won't hesitate to call Infinity for any future electrical needs.

I obtained several bids for my project and am very glad that I chose Infinity Electric. I needed conduit line installed from my smart panel located in the garage, through the attic to my kitchen, plus an electrical outlet in my kitchen for my new stove. Jon and Sergio were very friendly and professional and did an outstanding job! I highly recommend Infinity Electric and will use them again.

I can't say enough good about this team. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and professional. Start to finish the made me feel appreciated and educated on the process. Vince came out to give me an estimate and answered all my MANY questions. I received a quote back promptly. Spoke to Jordan over the phone he was great. You can tell they actually care about their customers and aren't just trying to sell you something. I've been thinking about buying an EV for a while since gas prices are outrageous. I finally did it. The EV charger installation was the part I was most unsure about since I didn't know anything about EV chargers and hadn't hired an electrician in years. They walked me through everything and helped me understand things. I never felt pressured. The technician who did the installation was on time, friendly, respectful of my home and finished the job quicker than I expected. Everything looks and works great. I got two quotes and they weren't the cheapest, but I wasn't looking for the cheapest. I wanted peace of mind that the work would be done right and I wouldn’t have issues. I definitely feel like I made the right choice. I'll absolutely be calling them again for any future electrical work. Thanks again to the whole team!

Had to get a panel upgrade done and honestly Infinity Electric crushed it. The techs got it done in one day and management team was awesome from the start. They were super helpful answered all my questions and made the whole process feel straightforward instead of stressful. Thanks for being a solid professional team to work with!

I've had an amazing experience with the guys from Infinity Electric. I have an EV and needed a charger installed as well as some work on my backup generator. All of the team were very professional and knowledgeable in all of their trade! I'm planning to have them back for a panel upgrade and any other future electrical and solar work!
