I left my vehicle with them for a few weeks and got my car back completely ransacked and robbed. When I called to inquire about the state of my car, they said all items left in your vehicle are not their responsibility. Either someone broke into their property and broke into multiple cars, or one of their employees did it under their own protection. Regardless, they have zero security, and either way, I was not notified about what happened to my car. Reading through reviews, this doesn't seem to be an isolated event. The owner responded to another person who had a similar situation ultimately saying 'yeah we have homeless people'. Question: Where is the security system, and liable accountability for being in possession of vehicles that are not yours? Would that not be something you would have a responsbility to disclose to clients, who's vehicles are liable to be broken in to? How am I responsible for my car being broken into on the business property? I paid them $400 for diagnostics that told me nothing, and got my car back in a much worse condition. I do NOT suggest going here. For anything.

SCAM ARTISTS AT WORK! I had taken my vehicle to Johnny's, at the suggestion from my mechanic to find a specialist. My vehicle has a unique set of issues that arise, seemingly whenever the battery is low and old, and unfortunately, I have probably pushed the battery to its limit. However, my mechanic suggested the connection to the battery may also have issues, so that's where Johnny's comes in. I left my vehicle with them, explained my experience, and even left my mechanic's number for him to give better details as to what he found. I also told them to take their time to figure this out, I have a second vehicle so time is not an issue. Called a week later for an update, they had not seen the vehicle. Fine. Called another week later, to be told that they were done! Weird, nobody contacted me to tell me what was found, but ok. I go to pick up my vehicle, to be passed a bill just shy of $500, in which they drained some water out of my door, and took a GPS tracker off my vehicle (That has been sitting undisturbed since I bought the vehicle 6 years ago). As for the battery? They couldn't find an issue. In fact, they admitted they couldn't even replicate what the issue was. They turned on the car a few times, without listening to me on what possibly leads to the problem, shrugged, and said "Well we need to turn this in to a payday!". I decided to trust the process and paid the bill, because obviously, I want my car back. Three days later, same exact issue arises, and now I'm stranded. I called the next morning, and the person on the phone essentially has the response of "Well, that sucks. Bring it on in again, and we'll just have to look again. By the way, yes, we are charging for all of this. Have fun paying for the tow". Why the hell would I trust Johnny's Electrical for round 2, if they didn't even bother to follow what my mechanic and I suggested the first time around? What was even paid for that first time? Labor costs. To do what? Drain a door and unplug a GPS? Why don't you just rewire my audio and replace the headlights while you're at it? Do anything you can to STRETCH out those labor costs as much as you can, all without contacting me, all without even addressing the core issue, just so then you can pass a bill of whatever you feel like being paid that day? Ultimately PATHETIC customer service, very blatant scam tactics, complimented with a "What are you going to do about it?" attitude. Ultimately a waste of $500, that I wanted to call out as soon as I was passed the bill (And only by then hearing what was actually done!), but it had to be confirmed with a dead vehicle, and it only took 72 hours to confirm.

Great customer service and great work on my car. Chris was efficient and explained everything well from the details of the labor and cost. I definitely would recommend this place to friends.

Honest. They care about quality. We were in a jam moving by mom across country. These guys dropped everything last minute on a Friday to install and test the tow package on my mom's car, so we could get on the road. They did an amazing job and even discounted the work!! Definitely would recommend them to anyone. I'm sending my family and friends there for sure.

I found this amazing electrical shop in Raleigh, NC. I was having trouble with my car cutting off whole driving down the highway. I had no idea what the problem was, so I dropped it off at Johnny's Auto, and they solved the problem. I needed a new key and got my car reprogrammed. It's been driving perfectly since. Listen, if you are having electrical problems with your car, don't be afraid to take it to Johnny's Auto they are affordable, professional, and kind. I really love this business.
