Walked in with an old well pump. Helped me immediately! Had the seal replaced and the pump checked for bearing noise and leaks same day. For a great price!! Also gave helpful hints for reinstalling and priming the pump!! Highly recommend!!

We have been with out heat for over a week and did not have 250 for a hvac person to come out just to tell me what was wrong with it. I came to Kester to get a new transformer thanks to the friendly staff and all there help I now have heat. Great customer service, very knowledgeable, and great prices for the parts.

Phone help was super friendly. Called to buy a furnace blower capacitor, they offered to test my old one before selling me a new one. It was fine. Suggested it may be the motor, talked me through pulling the motor and they tested that too. While we had it out, swapped the worn but no broken (yet) bearings for a very reasonable price. Best service I've had in a long time! Friendly, personable, professional, and generous!
