Had a sudden collapse of a ceiling fan occur on Thursday night. I originally called Kith for his recommendation for a part that had failed and he was able to come out Saturday midday and another job well done.

Keith and his team saved the day for us. This is the second time that we have used him and we will be using him going forward for anything electrical related. I had a tenant that had no power in her kitchen and when she tried to flip the breaker it made a buzzing sound like a bee. We scheduled with another company (in Kearny NJ and name rhythms with Mon-star) at first and they gave a ETA of 2-3pm. They never called to let us know if they were running late, and at 3:30pm we left two voicemails and two text messages with them. They called back at 5:30pm and their excuse was no one was at the office to pick up the phone. But the number we used was a mobile phone. Not communicating with your customers in this day and age is unacceptable. We called Keith at 5pm and gave a detailed description of the issue with a video. He was able to move some things around and got to us in an hour. After getting the part we needed he got the electric back up in an hour. Not only did he fix the breaker for one floor, he noticed that the other floors breaker had the potential to break as well. So we got both replaced at the same time. My tenant was so happy she gave us both a hug.

Kith Home Improvement was referred to me by a friend & he did not disappoint. Very responsive, arrived on time, fixed the problem with our light switch & fan in our bathroom promptly. Extremely pleasant & accommodating - worked around my work schedule & arrived same we called for service. Would highly recommend!

I had a problem with one of my tenants who was having an issue with their kitchen light. I called Kith immediately, and although he couldn’t get there that same Friday, he said he would come on Saturday, which I really appreciated. I gave him my tenant’s phone number so he could schedule directly with her, and he did. Unfortunately, there were some issues with rescheduling and difficulty reaching the tenant when he was on his way, but none of that was Kith’s fault. He was patient, professional, and did everything he could to work through the situation and get the job completed. In the end, he solved the problem, did an excellent job, charged a very reasonable price, and my tenant is very happy with the work. I truly appreciate the effort he put in to get this resolved. I highly recommend Kith Electrical.

Keith did an excellent job installing a dedicated 20-amp breaker for my new split unit system. He showed up on time, assessed the panel carefully, and made sure everything was wired cleanly and up to code. You can tell he takes pride in his work — the installation was neat, organized, and professionally done. He explained what he was doing, answered all my questions, and made sure the system was running properly before wrapping up. It’s clear he values safety and quality. I wouldn’t hesitate to hire Keith again for any future electrical work. Highly recommend!
