LEVA Light Electric Vehicle Association

The LEVA Certification course was an excellent experience. It provided comprehensive, in-depth training on light electric vehicles, motors, and battery systems. The knowledge and hands-on skills gained through this program will directly enhance our ability to better support and serve our customers. We highly recommend this certification to any business or technician looking to expand their expertise in light electric vehicle technology.

The battery and safety training is solid and actually useful, not just theory. The flow chart approach organizes troubleshooting.  I also liked the focus on the various wire connectors. The community is a big part of it too. Being able to hear how other techs are handling issues and compare notes makes a difference. Overall, it’s a good resource.

Instructors are amazing and the course documentation has a lot of information that is very useful in the field. The sessions are very interactive and well organized, you are able to ask as many questions as you like or have and you get a good response or a follow up if the response is not available immediately. After each session you get an email with summary of everything covered and any follow up items. The written exams are very objective and challenge you to think and go back to your notes and materials. The practice exercises are excellent and let you get some hands on practice on important tasks that you will need. Overall it was a great experience and if they develop other courses I will for sure participate on them. Strongly recommended.
