10/10 service — highly recommend! They were friendly, honest, thorough, and incredibly accommodating! They were able to fit me in for a same-day pre-purchase inspection not once, but twice, which I really appreciated. Their inspections were detailed, and they provided photos and videos to clearly explain everything they found. That level of transparency gave me so much confidence in their inspection. Most importantly, they helped me avoid a very costly car purchase. Their service was worth every penny! I would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing a reliable and trustworthy mechanic!

Juan and his team were great. We brought a used car into his shop that we were looking to buy but wanted to do a pre-purchase inspection first. He broke down all the different areas I wanted him to assess and allowed me to stand by and ask questions about each car part to make sure they were in good shape. We ended buying that car after he confirmed it was a good purchase. He gave us the confidence to purchase the car and that gave us some peace of mind. He was very thorough in his analysis and very kind to us. Highly recommend Juan and his team! The front desk people were also very kind and helpful. Great team overall.

I drove up from Virginia to have my car serviced here and it was absolutely worth it. They replaced my tire, mounted and balanced all four, and did an alignment. The pricing was much better than what I was quoted elsewhere, and the car drives noticeably smoother now. Really glad I trusted them with it.

I received my car back with a broken center console trim that they just glued back together after me coming in upset then being told that maybe it was my personal mechanic. It’s been a month and a half. Past few days I’ve noticed my right passenger door is making noise when I play music loud and I just went to look and they broke the one screws support in my door so the pieces and the door vibrate when it’s loud. A piece fell from under the door when I checked the trim. I’m guessing they just ripped it off without checking. Very poor work. My electric problem was fixed. I payed $700-800 in just labor just to get my vehicle back with broken interior components. They charge you crazy amounts of money for poor customer service. The owner Juan defends his workers for breaking your property. He hung up on me. They again blamed my mechanic. Said he did me a favor in fixing my broken center console. Super unprofessional and bad business. DO NOT RECOMMEND‼️TRASH‼️

VERY happy with the work done! Thank you to the team who worked on both my vehicle and trailer! Although my car and trailer aren’t worth much, I am very happy the electrical work! Staff still made me feel appreciated for my business and the receptionist Karina is very professional and courteous! Will definitely be returning for future business and will be recommending to friends and family!
