Lloyd's Electric Co., Inc.

I recently stopped in with an old drill press motor that I’m restoring and was looking to have it cleaned up and gone through. The motor was running fine and really didn’t need any repairs—I just wanted it cleaned internally. What impressed me most was the honesty and knowledge. Instead of trying to sell me work I didn’t need, they took the time to explain if the motor is running well, it’s often better not to disturb it. They advised me to simply clean the exterior and leave the internals alone. It’s refreshing to find a shop that puts the customer’s best interest ahead of making a sale. Their experience and straightforward advice saved me money and prevented potential issues with a motor that was already working perfectly. That kind of honesty is hard to find these days and is exactly what earns repeat customers. While they didn’t make a dime from me on this visit, they’ve earned my trust, and they’ll be the first place I call when I have a motor that truly needs repair or service in the future. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for knowledgeable, trustworthy professionals.

This guy was awesome, quick, and knowledgeable. When the electric motor wasn't the problem he offered another business to lead us in the right direction. Solid guy.

Loyd's is the best old school service and knows his trade very well wish there was more shops like his you can't go wrong with his experience and craftsman ship👍👍👍👍👍
