Mr. Kenny is a godsend. Twice i’ve brought my truck in for wiring issues from the previous owner; and twice he’s fixed my truck same day. The kicker is it’s half the price of what toyota would’ve charged. Huge recommendation!

The most unsuspecting, best auto electric technician I’ve ever come across from New Orleans to the PNW. Located on a backstreet uptown in a garage you’d pass right up if you weren’t looking for it, Lois answers his phone anytime you call, tells you a time to drop your car off(usually next day or even same day!) and next thing you know he’s giving you a call by the end of the day with an ACCURATE and FAIR priced diagnosis and repair! …Talk about the last of a dying breed!! Accurately diagnosed my Jeep BCM dying out, causing random electronics malfunctions, and fixed a separate open circuit that was killing my battery, for a price that either of those services would have costed individually! Said he didn’t like that he couldn’t repair the BCM, but the thing is from 98! That was not even within his control(or anyone’s, the part isn’t made anymore, only source is used parts) and he still felt responsible to fix it. You just seriously don’t find this kind of skill and integrity in the automotive industry anymore. And in New Orleans of all places?! I’m grateful, to say the least.

I got a starter from D and S Steering Service, but was scrambling to find a mechanic to install the part-- I was hanging on with a wing and prayer as I was keeping my car running. Mr. Kenny was able to quickly give an estimate over the phone and got me in and out within just 2 hours. He is knowledgeable and kind.
