If I could give 6 stars, I would. Brought in a motor not knowing much—these guys tore it down, tested it, and let me know the real issue wasn’t the motor. They even explained how to go about fixing the actual problem. Super honest, knowledgeable, and helpful. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend them.

Had a condenser motor bearing failing on my HVAC. Showed up and had the exact motor and tested the capacitor for me before I left the store. The team went above and beyond though... I couldn't get the blade off the motor as it rust welded on. They took the time to help coach me on phone and when I didn't succeed helped me in person to get it removed so I could get new motor and capacitor installed.

Clearly customer service is their trademark! I was taken care of so well here when needing a motor for a furnace. I spent hours searching all over the internet for a replacement with no luck. Walked in and after a very careful overlook of my motor measuring every angle they walked over and grabbed one off the self. I was pretty shocked. Great price too!! 90 mile trip was worth the drive. These guys know their stuff and would highly recommend them.

First experience with Steven's. First experience with a smoking electric motor off of a compressor. Expected bad news/expense. Jerome did a quick review, filled out a claim check. I was barely in my car to leave when he came running out, waving for me to come back into the shop. In the time I took to walk to my car they had done a quick diagnostic and found a stuck thermal overload switch. They fixed it right then. And the best part, they refused to charge me because of the simplicity of the repair. Who does that anymore!? Great place. Give them your business.

I had 2 motors repaired this week. I live about 200 miles away and mainly dealt with them over the phone. They were awesome all the way around. I showed up unexpectedly early to pick up the motors. They were very willing to finish up and get me on my way. Every one there was extremely helpful and very nice. The motors work literately better than new. I will highly recommend them to anyone.
