The recent violent storm in College Station actually blew open the cover to the circuit breaker on the east side of the house, allowing hours of rain to blow into the wiring and the circuit breakers. Many of the breakers were tripped, but throughout the night, I was really unaware of what had happened and why I was out of power. While Entergy came out to see what had happened, the circuits kept tripping throughout the day because they were wet. I reached out to Mr. Electric because they are part of the Neighborly group in the Southern Pointe subdivision. I really thought it might take a while before someone could come out, but Ginny in the front office let me know that Luke will be able to come out and investigate the problem. Luke and I talked about several options, and I decided to go with replacing all of the circuit breakers even though it was expensive. I just did not want to have to keep going out to the box to turn on circuits that would continue to trip. Luke took the time to answer all my questions, which helped me feel more knowledgeable about the electrical processes of my home. I am new to College Station, and it is so comforting to know that I can go to Mr. Electric No and Luke not only for problems that may arise, but also for some enhancements I want to make for my home.

Luke came out to our facility and was extremely professional the entire time. For the first time in what I think might be the entirety of blue collar history, he showed up at the beginning of the time window I was given for our free estimate. The company itself was easy to work with, honest, and friendly, from the receptionist who made our appointment to the electrician who came out and did the work.

Luke was at our house between 8:00 and 8:30, just as I had been told when I called to schedule an appointment the day before. Mr. Electric was the only company I called that gives a free estimate on the cost of a job, which in my case was installing a recessed plug box for a wall mounted Frame TV. His estimate was very reasonable and he completed the job on that initial visit. He is a very impressive young man and I enjoyed meeting him. We will definitely be calling him for any future needs.
