Brandon Haley came out today and looked at our electrical problem, he did an excellent job, was very polite respectful. He explained what he was going to do before he started using proper grammar and making it where it was understandable. He fixed some issues but, couldn't fix the main issue, mid American energy came out and explained with it being hot the heat is causing bad voltage power to the underground wiring. We highly recommend Brandon Haley to help anyone else.

David came out and identified the best route to take and got us scheduled and resolved same day. The technician Brandon did a wonderful job fast and efficient job swapping our panel out. Both of them are very professional and really personable!

The technicians were very helpful and professional. I had some projects I didn't feel comfortable trying myself. They explained what is happening in my home and how to move forward with everything. They provided every option available and pricing. It was $52 to have them come out and tell me a lot of problems I didn't know about but at least I have an idea on how to move forward. Won't be able to do everything I wanted but now I can budget to get it all done.

I recently had to call Mr. Electric after an HVAC replacement that resulted in parts of my house and garage experiencing electrical malfunctions. David Meier and Brandon Haley uncovered the issues, answered all my questions and quoted everything at a very reasonable price. They quoted additional things along the way (some wants, some recommendations on their part), but neither made me feel like they were pushing me to buy all of this extra stuff - they were simply educating me on things that could be improved in the future. I felt very comfortable with both of them. David fixed one thing that night so that I was able to use kitchen appliances. Brandon came the following day to do everything else and he was great - the work looks great, he kept me updated along the way as to what he was doing, he answered all of my questions and made sure that I felt comfortable with everything before moving on. This was quick, affordable and thorough service - I'm impressed and now feel safe again in my home. Thank you!!
