Had a breaker box meltdown on Sunday about 9:30am. Called Mr. Electric and he was out within the hour assessed the breakers and boxes, and late Monday afternoon it was repaired and my home electricity was restored. The electricians were extremely professional and courteous. It was well over a 100+ degrees in my home and they worked like champions and remained very focused.

Was lucky enough to be serviced by this company. But the true all-star is Kerri in the office. Extremely easy to talk to, very informative, definitely goes above and beyond to insure customer service quality. From my 1st phone call to multiple calls a day trying to figure things out, Kerri answered every call, learned my voice (or caller ID 😆), and when I thought we'd be without power for days she reassured me that we'd have power before the end of say and we did. Highly recommend using this company for your needs.

Mr. Electric installed a hardwired ChargePoint Level 2 EV charger at my home, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The technician was professional, explained the installation process, and answered all of my questions about the breaker, hardwiring, and charging setup. The work was clean, the charger was mounted securely, and everything was tested before they left. My EV now charges at about 9.4 kW, reducing overnight charging time from over 20 hours on Level 1 to about 5 hours. If you’re considering a home EV charger installation, I would definitely recommend Mr. Electric of Columbus for their quality workmanship and professionalism.
