Edit 2: They solved the issue and apologized profusely, even paying us for the emergency electrician we had to pay for. Still not pleased that they aren't really 24 hours, but it worked out well enough that I will go to them again in the future. Edit: the breaker flipped about 8 hours later and won't turn back on. Calling back to a supposedly 24 hour service ended up with nothing because "sometimes we don't have 24 hour service and nobody is in office tonight. I'll contact a manager and they'll get back to you tomorrow." That's unacceptable. Mike W was amazing and professional. He changed 13 outlets from old 2 prong to 3 prong, a GFCI breaker switch for all the outlets, house surge protector, and AC surge protector. He came by on Thursday to check out the house, gave us some great info, and then had time 2 days later (Saturday morning) to actually install everything. The prices were extremely reasonable and the neighborly membership program saved us at least $500. It easily paid for itself. Mike was awesome, highly recommend him! Definitely choose this place!

I recently had work done by Mr. Electric Co, Paul did an excellent job. He was a great communicator and took the time to explain the process of removing all of the old knob-and-tube wiring. I felt confident that the work was completed safely and professionally. Paul went above and beyond, keeping me informed every step of the way. The crew that came out to assist with the installation was also outstanding. It was a huge job, and everyone on the team was polite, kind, and respectful throughout the entire process. I greatly appreciate their professionalism, quality workmanship, and dedication to customer service. I would highly recommend Mister Electric to anyone needing electrical work done.

Paul Castellano did a fantastic job installing a Tesla Wall Connector. Held off on leaving a review until the car arrived to confirm everything worked, and it did, without any issues. The installation was done cleanly and safely, and the quality of the work speaks for itself. Would definitely recommend Paul to anyone looking to get a home EV charger set up.

Joe is very professional and did an amazing job. He pointed out a crucial fire hazard that needed to be addressed and was able to fix it that day on top of the two outlets we needed repaired. He went above and beyond and was even able to fix an outlet others had told us they couldn’t. We will definitely be using him again.
