My Electric Works

Couldn’t get past call center to talk to someone about getting a quote. Building a new home in the area and wanted a quote on a 26 KW Generac purchase and install after construction is finished next month. Currently live 4 hours away and wanted to talk with someone before making a special trip. Call center was unwilling to work with me to get even a simple consult. She seemed only willing to schedule an on-site appointment. They may do great work, but not worth the hassle and the obstacles the call center put up. As a follow up, a reply from the owner told me to call back in for assistance, which I did. This time I was told that they don’t sell or install generators.

We had what we thought was a major electrical problem. Tim (Sparky) Bertram responded within 2 hours. He diagnosed the problem and had it fixed within 30 minutes. Very personable and professional. We will call him whenever we have a need and refer him to our neighbors when the ask "Who is your electrician".

Tim was a great guy helped my grandmother out told her exactly what she needed, He worked with her on heating also, I recommend him to any and everybody out there looking for electric or help with heating…. Thanks Tim -Vonn
