WORST EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFE! Took a 2012 Camery on referral. AC not blowing cold. They had the car for 3 weeks with no communication. When I called they said they couldn't find a part, my brother found the part for them. They replaced the module after having the car for a month, that worked for 2 weeks. When the car was brought back NASA said they don't warranty parts that people bring in. NASA then had the car for another 10 days before we checked back and they said they again couldn't find the part. My brother provided NASA with all correct #'s and Junior said he found the part in Michigan and was ordering it. I checked back a week later and Junior said they had just ordered the part and it should arrive in a week. I followed up the next week on a Friday at 3:30pm to get an update and was told they would call me back by end of day at 5pm. Got no call back. I called back on the following Tuesday since they didn't call Monday, they told me the same thing they had told for the last two weeks, they were finishing up. I decided to drive to NASA to get some answers in person and Junior said they couldn't find the issue and they are refunding some of the funds. This place had this car for over two months. They do not communicate with customers. The guy at the front that answers the phone just tells you the same thing every time, they are working on it and they will call you back, they never call. Make sure you check everything, I found the negative battery cable loose and the cover for the fuse box was not affixed to the housing and would have just been tossed around the engine if I didn't notice. The front bumper now has a gash that wasn't there before NASA had it, I believe that is due to the lack of space on the property and they bumped into something when moving it around their driveway. See photos For a business that has a sign at the front counter saying they appreciate referrals they sure do not treat customers like they want repeat business.

My vehicle had an electrical issue that made it look like there were multiple problems with the engine. They found the problem fixed it in a day and a half. Reasonably price, professional and friendly. Highly recommend.

We made an appointment a couple weeks out to drop our car off on may 7. We brought it in at our appointment time and its now been OVER A WEEK after WAITNG SEVERAL WEEKS JUST FOR THE APPOINTMENT and they havent even LOOKED at the car. I understand being busy but i do not understand accepting new clients when the wait is clearly so long. Every single time i call i get the same guy saying “oh i dont knoooowwww” to every single question i have. They have no idea when its going to even be looked at much less when it will be fixed. It is absolutely ridiculous especially when we live in a car dependent city that i am expected to just let these people have my car for an undisclosed amount of time

I have a 1999 SSEI Pontiac. I drove it off the showroom floor. It has been my baby but had to stop using in hot weather because the climate control would only push air on windshield and floor. For years we have tried to find the part but could not find one anywhere in USA. I had lost hope. Max Auto suggested my husband take his Jeep to NASA for an electrical issue. They were amazing on his jeep so my husband suggested I let them try to fix my car. WOW!!!! THEY FIXED IT. It actually works!!! I am thrilled. THEY ARE MY HEROS.

I'm very satisfied. I've been having electrical problems on and off for two years, with my Chevrolet Express van. During that time, I have replaced 3 batteries and 2 alternators. Today I took my van to NASA Auto Electric. They ran a thorough electrical test and discovered extensive corrosion. The electrical test costs $75 and they apply that amount to any work that needs to be done. So, the total amount was $75 and my van is running fine.
