Went in to replace radiator fan and when I picked it up they lost a part that they took off. I paid for the work but they never replaced the part they lost nor did they even offer to. Use your own judgment.

Great shop overall. Their mechanical work is always top class. Their costumer service is amazing. Good prices, and honest work. I’ll always bring my cars here.

Came in with a trailer light electrical issue. The problem was initially isolated to the brake controller. Diagnostics and new brake controller totaled $371. Ouch! I then went to trailer 2,000 lb of steel, and none of the lights worked. Dangerous! I brought it back in the same day, and the tail light converter was shot. Diagnostics and new converter, $189. I complained that the car was given back to me as fixed and tested. They offered a 10% discount. I could have had an entirely new system installed for less than the two separate repairs. Deeply disappointed in Osuna.

I had Osuna go through and perform trace work on my car's main body wiring harness. It took them 3 hours to call me and tell me the repairs were completed. I recommend this shop. They take their work seriously and they take customer care to another level. I'm all about supporting local businesses but these folks will earn your business! Pricewise, I cannot complain.

Special thanks to Ralph at Osuna Auto who was amazingly helpful, fair, and customer service oriented. I called around 4:30pm for an emergent issue and it was taken care of right away!! They even stayed a little past closing time to do a much needed oil change after repairing my car.
