Plugged EV

My family has a bunch of older Teslas - S/X/3 - with high mileage (over 200k on each). Anise has been the reason we keep the cars as he takes care of any issue that comes up in an honest and cost-efficient manner. I have had major issues like the motor needing replacement and minor issues like door handles. Work is always done perfectly and with excellent communication. I give my highest recommendation.

Highly recommend Zahid at Plugged EV. He swapped my Model S from a 75D battery to an upgraded 100 kWh pack and it’s been running great. The extra range has made a huge difference, and he’s been really helpful even months after the install with questions about calibration and how the battery is performing. Beyond being knowledgeable and doing great work, Zahid is genuinely a really nice and friendly guy who makes you feel comfortable doing business with him. At this point, I see him as someone I’ll continue going to long-term for anything Tesla/EV related, and honestly someone I’ve gotten to know almost as a friend through the whole process. Great experience all around and I’m very happy with the swap!

I had my Model X towed to the shop on a Saturday afternoon. Zahid and Anise were very helpful and professional. They explained to me what the issue was and how to fix the problem. I haven't had any issues since then. I would highly recommend Plugged EV to anyone! I know where I'm going for any Tesla related matters!

Had Plugged EV out to set up charging for my Tesla and they did a great job. Showed up on time, knew exactly what the car needed, and the install was clean with no mess left behind. Explained everything clearly and the charger has worked perfectly since. Would definitely use them again.
