Highly recommend this shop. Had my Prius V engine replaced and the price is fair. Mark definitely knows Prius Hybrids. He is patience in explaining pros/cons for best outcomes to extend the life of my car. Bring your Prius to Mark. You will not regret it!

I can’t thank Mark enough for fixing my car. He’s a pro when it comes to Prius and really takes pride in the quality of his work. My car is still good and running, thanks to Prius Hybrid Repair Shop. I posted this review on Yelp, but I wanted to post this on Google to support Mark's business. First off, I'm usually not the type to write reviews. I bought a used 2017 prius without doing my due diligence and started running into issues. I got quotes from several shops, but I chose Mark's because of his fair pricing and his hybrid expertise (AND I'm really glad I did). If you're debating between a regular mechanic and a hybrid specialist—go to a hybrid shop. More specifically, go to Mark's!! He was able to diagnose the specific issue that the 4th gen Prius models had due to a faulty heat exchanger, something most general shops would have missed or misdiagnosed. The previous owner had even opened up the engine thinking it was a blown head gasket. He ran several tests and identified the root issue while eliminating other potential issues with the engine. Mark really knows hybrids inside and out so I HIGHLY recommend going to him for any hybrid vehicle needs. Go with Mark! He's responsive, is a mechanic that genuinely cares about you and is transparent with the issues and the fixes that your car needs. Not only did he diagnose the issue, he wrote me a report and communicated to me throughout the entire process.

I took my Prius in for the hybrid battery replacement. The replacement took about an hour and I was good to go. The service was very reasonably priced. Mark communicated the process and what to expect very well. He was knowledgeable, and gave me tips on how to keep the car in a good condition. He came across as an honest person, who cares about the services he provides. I'd not hesitate to go back if I have any other issues with my car.

I have taken my Prius to Mark on a few different occasions now for different issues that have popped up with my vehicle. He is always fair with pricing, knowledgeable, and gets the job done quick. Most recently I took my car to him to have my headlight bulbs replaced. Apparently some Prius models were built in a way that makes replacing the bulbs is a little tricky. Rather than deal with it myself, I took it to Mark. He got the job done and now I can get safely back on the road! Will continue to go to Mark with anything that comes up in the future!
