I've got a 2009 nissan murano that quality has worked for the last few years. Dan always takes care of me answering any questions i have and giving thorough quotes and feedback. They have always delivered excellent service. Would definitely recommend.

I found this place on Google and I will definitely go back. I took our Ford Explorer there to diagnose a rear trunk that wouldn't open or lock and they found the problem and it wasn't easy, but they did the work in one day! Who does that now these days? GREAT PLACE.

Was informed by another shop that my car had differential leaks. Took my car in to quality to repair & they looked for leaks after cleaning the underside of my car & didn’t find leaks. Instead of fixing & charging me for a problem that didn’t exist, they informed me that they didn’t think I had leaks, to drive for a couple weeks & come back for a recheck. Best shop ever. It is so hard to find a mechanical shop with HONEST people. I recommend Quality Auto to everyone. Thank you Dan & Ryan for the honest people you are.

Good job thus far. I have taken 2 of my vehicles at this shop. Just not happy when the technician re-enters the cabin leaving smudges on the door panel and trim, driver seat, cluster when resetting maintenance minder, windshield when placing the sticker. Presuming the technician is wearing the same dirty gloves. This is extra work for me to clean after. Update as of February 2026 oil and filter change only. Not completely happy the way my car was treated. Fingerprints on door handle, windshield reminder sticker, dirt on driver seat and door entry bottom trim (see photos). In addition my vehicle was taken for a spin for around 4.2 miles after the service. I clocked the odometer when I dropped off. Appeared the technician used my car to pickup lunch or snack. See piece of a candy wrap in the door handle cup. Time to return to the dealer for future services and willing to pay full price where my vehicles are treated with respect.

Made an appointment to take my 2001 Monte Carlo super sport in for a general overall diagnostic assessment and repair as usual Dan and his crew did an amazing job and she runs really well again! I highly recommend this shop to anyone that needs quality work done on their automobiles thanks again, Dan.
