I have work have over 50 years on and off with a former employer and as a independent motor and service repair shop, before retirement. Still refer former customers and people have my business contact information to call Quality Electric for repairs to electric motors, reduction gear units, and other related equipment.

My experience with these folks was very good. they were very helpful on the phone. I needed my compressor motor for my shop working very quickly. He offered to come right away, and did. He was back out the next morning with a new motor and had it running with no hiccups. I was shocked at the quick and polite service.

As the name of the says, Quality Electric Motor repair and service, they sell new, used, rebuilt electric motor's to industrial and commercial customers throughout the greater Saint Louis area. I have work with the Quality Electric over 40 years as a customer and service associate when operating my own company until retirement. Pricing for repairs is competitive with other motor shops in the Saint Louis area.

I wish I could give them zero stars. Horrible customer service, I dropped off a motor to them that a customer was waiting on, called them 5 times and each phone conversation they promised to call me back and never did, when we picked the motor up after two weeks of waisted time they apologized and said they were busy. I understand if you are busy with regular customers and it’s hard to find time for a walk in, at least be respectable and make it clear that it might be a few weeks and that you will NEVER get a return phone call.
