This Hartford location has all that we as a HVAC technician are looking for. Great customer service and a huge inventory of parts and power transmission equipment. Definitely recommend.

I recently had REM fully pull and completely rebuild my electric motor, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. The team was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and thorough—they handled everything with precision, from the initial teardown and inspection to the full rewind, reassembly, and testing. What impressed me most was the quality of the work: the rebuilt motor runs smoother and more efficiently than before, with no issues at all. They communicated clearly throughout the process, provided a fair quote upfront, and delivered ahead of the expected timeline. No shortcuts, no surprises—just excellent craftsmanship that saved me from buying a brand-new replacement. If you’re dealing with electric motor problems, especially needing a full rebuild, REM is the place to go. Highly recommend them without hesitation! Feel free to tweak any details (like specific dates, motor type, or your name) to make it more personal.

Needed a replacement motor. They told me about their motor repair shop in New Haven. Great front counter service. Would recommend.
