John Uke
They are price gouging at my apartment complex. They are charging ~400% the price of electricity for a very simple service. They even are charging more than in the presentation they originally pitched to the management. In a call they said they aim to keep the prices "fair and reasonable" which is total BS then as a comparable have an even higher price than a nearby shopping mall. Residential apartments where they have a local monopoly they should be taking a fair and reasonable profit margin not screwing the customers. Most people can use wall-charging at home as a comparable for 25% the price of overnight, but it's not possible to do that in this apartment complex's garage.
