Rivian

Great experience. Normal dealerships are a scam and until that changes, buying direct is a better option and gives better products.

Nice place. Industrial Park vehicle purchasing is the way of the FUTURE. Say Hi to Austin and Ben! Great customer service. Helpful and honest.

Clean friendly environment with helpful and knowledgeable staff I’d like that they offer scheduled test drives and at the atmosphere is not pushy like a traditional dealership. This experience was nice and pleasant. I wish more dealerships operated in this manner.

Booked two mobile appointments, they’ve failed to show up for both. They finally called 20 minutes after the appt. was supposed to be over. Can never talk to anyone directly without jumping through hoops. Worse than waiting for the cable company.

I have picked up two Rivian’s from these guys and they go above and beyond. Both times I was helped by Scott. He was very knowledgeable and kept me informed throughout the whole process. Most recently I traded in a vehicle to them and forgot about a package in my car that needed to go to UPS. I texted them about it days later when I couldn’t find it and sure enough it was in my old car. Without hesitation Scott told me not to worry about it and took it to UPS for me. That’s customer service! Can’t recommend Rivian and this particular service center highly enough. Thanks again!
