Mark was very helpful on resolving the warranty issues.

The service guy, Ron, came from Niagara Falls to install a spare tire and the spare tire kit. He was knowledgeable and friendly. He installed the spare tire carefully but quickly, and even was able to answer several related questions that I had. Very satisfied with the Niagara Falls service team.

Let me tell you something about Rivian's Service Center. The staff here really care about the intricacies of how your vehicle is handled, delivered, and repaired. They have a keen eye for details, and give each customer their all no matter the situation. Some days I sit back and reminisce on how amazing it is this team in my corner.
