Rivian Service Center

Rivian Service Center provides maintenance and repair support for Rivian electric vehicles, focusing on efficient service and customer communication. As with many service centers for newer EV brands, wait times can sometimes be longer due to high demand and limited locations. Poor delivery service with minimal rushed introductions and failed to mention this brand new rivian needs a $300 adapter to use rivian chargers! Because of that, the driver was stranded during a long distance trip 2 days after picking up the new rivian, and could not use rivian charger and roadside service couldn’t do much and just provided instructions to use super slow chargers which resulted in an over night delay and much frustration. And the delivery service person could only recommend paying $300 for an adapter for future use. Not helpful and irresponsible! What a terrible first impression of rivian and the customer service would rather lose potential repeat customers, referrals and reputation/poor reviews.

Awful. Awful. Awful. Run, do not buy a Rivian. Dealing with customer service is a nightmare. The inconsistency in what’s actually going on when your car is being serviced is baffling. No photos. Was told my tire was irreparable, then two weeks later they admitted they had not even looked at the tire. Told one thing by one person and one hour later something the opposite by another. When you speak with customer service they tell you anything to get you off the phone but they’re not in or near the service center so they need to go and contact them before they can confirm. The hoops you need to jump through to get in touch with your local service center is stressful. Miss there call, need to message them on the app and then wait again for a call. Need a mobile service at your house, don’t worry they have apts in two months. This company has been TERRIBLE to deal with and I can’t wait to get rid of this car.

Dylan was extremely helpful and communicative during my pick up. There’s a miscommunication over the weekend regarding my scheduled delivery, but Dylan was able to get my R1T ready promptly 2 days earlier than their system was expecting it to be delivered.

Finally made up my mind to do my part to be a part of the Rivian Adventure Team! Perfectly located, an awesome team of Fellow Adventurers who from demo drives to completing deliveries are making this experience a breeze! Special thanks to Matt and Chris who made the process as smooth as possible and extended some flexibility where needed!! By the way it was great to have had a demo drive with Chris about a year back and now, still Chris who walked over the R1S at delivery!! Go Rivian!!
