Rivian Service Center

I cannot say enough about the Rivian Fort Wayne Service Center. My extremely stressful and aggravating situation with my R1T was handled professionally and probably most likely about the best way possible. I have dealt with a lot of Service managers over my 40 plus years of owning various makes of vehicle but Rocky from FWSC is hands down one of the best I have ever dealt with and I have been to Porsche, BMW and many others. He and the team got me taken care of quickly efficiently and I am very grateful. Thank you Rocky!!!

I’ve used this Rivian service center a couple of times over my 3 years of ownership. Rocky and his team go above and beyond. Great communication, moved my service appointment ahead, let me know what was going on, and charged my truck back to full. Even dropped the car off at my house after service was done. Great team with amazing customer service!

FANTASTIC SERVICE all around. I had a suspension issue with my truck. I called Rivian and got a human after two rings. This is on a Tuesday at 6:30pm. They confirmed who I was and got data from the truck. Offered me a service appointment the next day. Literally less than 24 hours from the call. I brought the truck in, and met Scott. Scott says, “I’ll text or call you everyday until the issue is fixed.” In my mind, I think “Yeah, sure.” He texted or called everyday. They fixed the problem. I have my truck. I’d trust this squad to take care of my vehicle anytime. Thank you, Rivian Ft Wayne

Rivians website has test drives for the R1S at this location. I just drove by and didn't see any in the parking lot, looks like they service the Amazon vans here as there were many of them around.
