Rivian Service Center

June 10th '26. Rob and the team here are great — seriously impressed with the service. One suggestion though: you need a location in Gilroy. The Monterey Peninsula and South Bay are underserved right now, and it's a trek for folks down that way. Would make a real difference for customers in that corridor. Just a thought — great work, team. Had a great experience with Jose Marquez at the San Jose Rivian service center. He really went the extra mile to make sure everything was taken care of and kept me updated along the way. Super thankful for his help — you can tell Jose genuinely cares about the customer experience. Keep adventuring!

Edward was an excellent salesperson—very attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on helping rather than pushing a sale. He took the time to answer all my questions, listened to what I was looking for, and made the whole process smooth and comfortable. I really appreciated that he wasn’t overly aggressive, just professional and easy to work with. Highly recommend asking for Edward if you want a great customer experience.

Worst service center ever. Every communication from the SC was a complete lie. They started by trying to pass a warranty issue as being rodent damage and then went downhill. They promised a loaner and never followed up, gave me a smoke filled Jalopy instead. The techs were either rude or just non responsive. Rivian is selling 100k cars and servicing them like a used car dealership selling rusted out junkers. Avoid

They finally gave me the car for about 45 minutes, just like Tesla! And guess what? They even gave me some recommended test routes based on how I planned to use it. The customer service was great, and they showed me all the cool features of the car before I even got to drive it. I had a blast! I hope they keep up the good work. They’re doing an amazing job!

I did not have appointment I was visiting the area and had to replace the tire on my R1s , they got me in quickly and I was out in one hour Great job !
