Rivian Service Center

Have had to come in several times for different issues (I love my Rivian but has had several issues that needed some fixes) and I have never had a bad experience. Staff is helpful, kind, professional, and understanding. Shout out to Talha who has always been a pleasure to see.

Two very successful service visits to this location. 10.2024 Truck had issues with ultrasonic sensors. Fixed within just over one day's time. 03.2025 Notified by Rivian that the low voltage batteries needed to be replaced under warranty. Was told 1 hour to accomplish, finished in 30 minutes. They even provided some free charging for the ride home. Very professional and knowledgeable service.

The Rivian Service team was phenomenal! Talha.A was extremely patient, understanding, and beyond respectful! He went above and beyond to make sure he addressed all of concerns and needs. We need more people like Talha in our service departments.

The service I received from Chris, the manager at Rivian Shelton, was truly extraordinary. Chris personally stepped in, made sure everything was resolved properly, and even helped me secure a rental so I was never left without transportation. While Talha and the team were helpful, it was clear that Chris made the real difference. In all my years of vehicle ownership, I have never worked with a manager as dedicated, thoughtful, and solution-oriented as Chris. If you’re bringing your Rivian to Shelton for service, you can feel confident knowing that Chris’s leadership and oversight guarantee the highest level of care, even in situations beyond the team’s control. Rivian is truly fortunate to have him leading this location, and thanks to his extraordinary efforts, my trust in Rivian has not only been restored—it’s stronger than ever.

The guys at Rivian took great care of my R1S, went above and beyond to resolve all my issues, provided me with a loaner vehicle and had my vehicle back to me sooner than expected. I can't speak highly enough about the crew there. Definitely recommend!
