Great experience! Eddie and Orlando were super professional, clean, and efficient. Eddie discussed options and explained the pricing and installation clearly. They were quick to give me an estimate and quick to do the work. Absolutely zero complaints or concerns. Would recommend 10/10!

NEWEST UPDATE: I changed my review from 1 to 3 stars since they did come back to do the proper work in a timely and professional manner once I posted the photos and a response here. I think 3 stars is a fair outcome since it did require two extra visits and I had to prove the error unanimously here which should not be needed. I am appreciative for them doing the right thing in the end, and standing behind their work, which is what I wanted by hiring them. Thank you. RESPONSE TO THE OWNERS COMMENT about why they would not warrant their work (Reposted with comment): I did NOT ask for a conduit change, to 'better fit' an HDMI cable! The HDMI CANT FIT AT ALL- the tech said so - and I said this on the phone. An HDMI head is 0.8 inches! The conduit installed supports under 0.7 inch; and is for electrical! That is used for romex, not media cables. The INDUSTRY STANDARD is 1.5 inches corrugated loom for media. If I have to micromanage an "expert" doing the work, and look up what the proper materials are to do the job right, then why would I hire you? ========== AVOID THIS COMPANY. The 5-star reviews do not account for jobs done incorrectly/warranty that then you're asked to pay again for service! I paid $675 for a recessed tv outlet which includes the electrical tie in to the outlet, and a conduit (tube) to fish your tv cables through. Pretty basic work that gets a 2-year warranty from Royal. The issue: When I went to run the tv cables I realized an improper size conduit was used. The outcome is not a single cable head like hdmi can fit inside! Based on the warranty and completely understanding mistakes happen. I called them and notified them of the problem. They sent someone out in a couple days and it was clear it wasn't going to work. How the conversation went based on the technicians conversation with the home office. 1.) They could not do it under warranty because I should have seen it during installation and told them the right thing to install. Not sure how when its behind the wall? 2.) Only remedy offered: They offered to just fish the wires up through the wall; but this defeats the entire purpose of a tube. You don't want to fight the wires, deal with strings, and tear up your insulation when things get caught in the wall. It's a moot argument; I paid good money and it should be done right. 3.) I pointed out that they did the install not fit to purpose. Not a single thing can fit in what they installed. I was told the correct tubing is too expensive and the job would lose money if they had to buy it. How is that my problem? You priced me for the job. First- thats admitting you knew you were using the wrong item; and should not have taken this type of job if none ever in stock to do it right. I then did my own research. My job needed exactly 4 feet of tube. In other words at trade price of $5.30 of material they would not do the right thing. 4.) I then pointed out that not all transactions in business lead to a profit; we must be accountable when errors happen. I wasn't angry a mistake happen, but lets fix it. I highlighted that I would work around 'off hours' time or a delayed schedule if they were worried about losing money with this on their schedule. I think that is a very gracious offer from a customer. Lets be honest we all make mistakes. Nothing to get upset over, but we have to eat that cost once in a while when a clear mistake is made. Make it right. 5.) They then said if I really wanted it I would need to pay ~$230 on the quote to have it fixed. Get that!- Only $905 all in! (Original + new job total) for a simple tv box and tube. 6.) I will end up taking the literal two screws holding the tube in myself and buy the conduit by the foot from a local company. In the end I paid to have a job I need to do myself over $5.30 they won't stand behind. ====== Pros: 1. Easy and fast scheduling 2. Prompt arrival 3. Professional employees 4. Job done in reasonable amount of time Cons: 1. Job not done fit to purpose 2. Does not back work or warranty in practice 3. High pricing compared to peers (35%).

Orlando did an excellent job installing my new light fixture. He was professional, on time, and very knowledgeable. He made sure everything was installed safely and correctly, and the finished result looks amazing. I really appreciated how he took the time to answer my questions and made sure I was happy with everything before he left. He also cleaned up the area, which I thought was very thoughtful and professional. I highly recommend Orlando to anyone needing electrical work. I will definitely be calling him again for future projects!
