Ruben Auto Electric

Ruben is an excellent auto electrician and a true professional. My Durango had been at the dealership for two weeks, and they couldn’t figure out what was wrong with it. I was Charged $1500 for a part that was replaced that wasn't needed. I brought it to Ruben, and he was able to diagnose and fix the problem. Just make sure to take the day off from work and get there before 9am. He knows his work, takes the time to properly troubleshoot the vehicle, and gets the job done right. I’m extremely happy with the service and would definitely recommend Ruben to anyone having electrical or diagnostic problems with their vehicle. He loves to work on Europeans cars. Five stars all the way!

I went there several times, and every time he had a sour face. Since he has a lot of customers and doesn’t need new customers, he acts like a seller who has no need to sell. He really likes making people beg. I tried to be humble and accommodating, almost begging just to get a tiny answer, and even then he answered as if giving charity to a poor person. Honestly, if I weren’t forced to, I would never be his customer again. Humanity comes first.

I waited for three and an I waited for 3 1/2 hours for nothing! Absolutely the worst shop I ever been to. I came back on three different occasions after being instructed by Ruben to come back each time I was told to wait. Extremely rude guys and very unorganized and discombobulated

Don't go there worst service ever sadly I was referred here completely waste of time. I arrived around 8:30am around 520 ish I got a call they couldn't fix it I picked up my car I have the driver side headlight off the front plate is no where to be found and I have a whole bunch of screws on my windshield dash now I have to find some where else never again I don't recommend this place to nobody

I went to this place because my Acura MDX 2010 wouldn’t turn on do to electrical issues. Ruben, one of the owners, explained that the issue was with the vehicle’s inmobalizer which protects the vehicle from getting stolen if a fakes key is used to turn the engine on. Ruben was able to get the part used and damaged, then he went ahead and installed it onto the vehicle. I was able to turn on my vehicle but doors locks did not work. This was due to the damage part he used to repair the issue. This man charged me $450 for a damage part. So I took my car another electric specialist and he was able to get a good used working part and all my vehicle locks are working fine. People just be careful when dealing with this place. They are not honest. I personally would not recommend this place to repair any electrical issues in a car because they are shady.
