I went out of town and noticed we had no water and we kept hearing a pop and a burning smell. I called them first thing in the morning and they had a technician out to me within the hour! Im very happy with the work that was done. Jorge was very upfront and honest with me about pricing and what needed to be done.

Bert was very professional and broke down the estimates into plain English for me. He advised me on scope of work and what that would entail. He answered all of my questions and even performed the small job same day. I am pleased with the entire outcome. Thank you!

Searched Yelp and found this company had good reviews so gave them a call to give me a free quote for installing a generator transfer switch. Bert the technician arrived on time and gave me the full low-down on the 3 options and quotes for each of them. He was incredibly nice and knowledgeable. The next day I accepted the quote, and Bert returned to do the install in 2 days. He was quick, professional, and showed me how to operate the new set-up and details about what i could run with the size generator i purchased. I will also say the ladies in the office, Tobi and Jessica, were very nice to do business with and keep me informed of the project, technician arrival, and updates as necessary. I am more than impressed with all aspects of this company, including communication, installation, and service. I would recommend to all, and SWFL Electric now has a permanent entry in my contacts for all my future electric needs!
