Springs Hybrid Automotive

I had my hybrid battery and water pump replaced and now my car drives perfectly. This is the best experience I have ever had at a mechanic. The guys were incredibly nice, they didn’t overcharge, or ask for unnecessary services and they were transparent. I work two jobs, one of them being DoorDash, so I rely heavily on my vehicle. I can’t recommend this place more.

Fabulous work and excellent service. Had to have my car towed from another repair shop who told me they couldn’t even get it jump started and it was probably the “hybrid battery”… which I knew was fine. Ross and team got me in despite a snow storm and busted pipe in their office. Replaced the 12v, and I am back on the road. I will also be back to Springs Hybrid for future repair work.

Ross and his team are fantastic!! Our 2007 Prius with 280k miles was giving some issues. We originally took Corwin Toyota and they didn't find anything wrong with it. I've owned the Prius since new and could tell it was not running right. Took it to Springs Hybrid Automotive and Ross diagnosed it, repaired it for a very fair price and now the Prius runs GREAT again!! Don't let the looks fool you, these guys do great work!! Great service, found a new go-to place! We took our older Prius in for a problem we couldn’t solve and instead left with a Highlander I had wanted. Prices were great but more importantly, the service and attention to detail makes it even better. Honest assessments and personalized customer service is rare—I will always get my hybrid taken care of here and will be back when it’s time for another one.

I originally called this place with a question regarding a hybrid transmission flush since the Toyota dealerships kept giving me conflicting information. Ross was very helpful from the beginning and so I decided to go to him instead of the dealership. The quality of work is great and at a reasonable cost. I will definitely being going back in the future!
