TD/EV - Training Center

Had a nail in the tire and didn't want to take my Model Y to just any tire place. Found these guys through a Tesla FB group recommendation. They took me in the next day and did a great job - attentive to detail and quick. They are fully set up to deal with EVs, so I didn't have to worry about anything. Thank you!!

I made an appointment online and when I got to the store the lady told me I did not have an appointment for that day or any other day. I showed her the confirmation text and email that I had received and she said there was no appointment there. I even confirmed that I had the correct address and I did. She told me I could leave my vehicle and they would try to work it in. I said no thanks and I took my car down the road and got my tires and alignment cheaper than what I was going to pay at Tire Discounters

Great service from start to finish. Roger explained everything clearly and kept me updated throughout the repair process. Chris also made scheduling the appointment very easy. I really appreciated the professionalism and clear communication.

Adam and his team were extremely helpful. I had been dealing with this issue for a couple of months, and they took the time to carefully assess the problem and fix it properly. You can tell they genuinely care about the quality of their work and the vehicles they service.
