If you go to the Tesla showroom, ask for Kyle. He was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and accommodating throughout the whole process. He helped me test drive and explore the features of multiple models without any sales pressure at all. Great experience overall.

Had an outstanding experience at this Tesla Service Center. From the moment I walked in, the team was professional, caring, and respectful. They took the time to explain exactly what was wrong and what they were going to do to fix it — no vague answers, no upsell pressure, just clear communication. I came in to have my PTC heater replaced, and they had the entire job done in a single day. On top of that, they set me up with a loaner car so my day wasn't disrupted at all. That kind of service is rare anywhere, let alone at a busy service center. What stood out most wasn't just the speed or the loaner — it was how genuinely they treated me as a customer. You can tell the team actually cares about doing the job right and making sure you leave happy. My car came back running perfectly, and the whole process was as smooth as I could have asked for. I drove in today not realizing my appointment was not for another week. Normally this wouldn’t be an issue but unfortunately my Tesla was having a charging issue and it would not charge. Being at 8 percent was very nerve wrecking. Fortunately for me, Adrian and Kyle not only welcomed me with kindness and professionalism, they understood the urgency and was able to get the car in today and fixed. Meanwhile they allowed me to have a demo car for an hour to do some errands I needed done. I’ve been to supposed “professional” dealerships and let me tell you these guys are much more than what those dealerships could ever be. Highly recommended.

So I went in for my Tesla and let me tell you that I was greeted at the door by Adrian Vega, he was very nice and informative. What we thought would be a same say job turned into 2. As soon as they were aware of this they promptly made me aware and had a loaner car pulled up waiting for me already. It was such a pleasant experience, communication was open and timely. I also worked with Mark and Mike, I believe they worked in the sales office but don’t quote me on it lol. All and all I needed and wanted to give credit when it’s due. They definitely delivered when it came to customer service.
