Tesla Alpharetta - Roswell

Would not recommend this service center, we have had two cars damaged here during service. They never have loaner cars available. Apparently they only have 7 total which is insane for how many cars they work on. Went to have our car looked at this last time and they told us we would have to leave it and that they couldn't provide a loaner, or offer any uber credit. This is for warranty work on a 6 month old car. There response is we should just schedule it for a day when we could have someone pick us up. I took off work to bring the car in. I would highly recommend using Tesla Kennesaw as they are far and away much better than than Roswell, much nicer, more knowledgeable and overall better experience!

The staff was polite however that was the only positive of this service center. I scheduled an appointment online and arrived on time. After checking in outside, I explained that my trunk would not latch closed. I then sat in the waiting area for no more than two minutes before being told that Tesla could not repair the issue and that I needed to take the vehicle to a collision center. Naturally, I was confused. My car has never been in an accident, so I didn’t understand why a trunk latch issue suddenly required a collision center. Initially, very little explanation was provided. After asking several questions, I was eventually told that something in the trunk was bent. I then asked in confusion sonI should simply take it to any random collision shop, and only then was I informed that it needed to be a Tesla Collision Center, which I didn’t even realize was separate from a regular Tesla Service Center. As a result, I wasted two hours driving to and from the appointment and nothing was done to my car except the plastic they left on my seat and steering wheel and the paper they put on your mat because they didn’t remove it. I ended up calling a Tesla-certified collision center because the Tesla Collision Centers were booked two weeks out. They replaced the latch, and my trunk works perfectly now. There was no accident damage to my vehicle, and the issue was resolved quickly. Why Tesla Alpharetta couldn’t perform this repair themselves is beyond me. Thank you for wasting my time.

I worked with Jeff on a demo ride for both a model 3 and a model Y and he was very patient and answered all my questions with ease. If you are in the market or on the fence about potentially switching to Tesla I highly recommend booking a demo drive through this location. I left after placing a deposit on a new model 3 and I could not be happier. The whole process was efficient and relatively stress free.

My experience with Tesla Roswell was first class from start to finish. Communication through the app was clear, timely, and effective. Upon arrival, the team was friendly and welcoming, and the drop-off process was seamless. My issue was wind noise emitting from both the driver and passenger side. The technician understood the issue during our ride together, and had a good idea to remedy. To say the adjustment applied was successful is an understatement. Throughout the service, I was kept informed with updates via both the app and direct phone call at completion, which demonstrated a high level of professionalism and customer care. The entire experience was frictionless from drop-off through pickup. Special thanks to Ethan for his professionalism and attention to detail, and bravo to the entire service team for delivering an exceptional experience.

If you’re planning to stop by here for the demo drive with a supposed 30 minute self drive, you’ll be greatly disappointed. My partner, who is already a tesla owner, was looking to potentially upgrade and test out the model X. As soon as we arrived, there was very evidently a weird energy towards him and I. The drive was short and fully accompanied by one of the sales rep. When I asked why the experience was different from everyone else’s and what the booking presents, I was told accompanied drives are now customary. It’s not lost on me that another test driver had arrived shortly after us entirely by himself and given a normal experience while the only black people there were not. Hmm.. wonder what that’s about.
