I haven't actually bought a car yet, but I went for a test drive a few days ago. To be honest, the staff's attitude was quite good, and the driving experience itself was solid. All in all, it was a positive experience. Since I haven't purchased a vehicle yet, I can't speak to the quality of their after-sales service; however, other people in the comments section seem to suggest that the after-sales support is just mediocre...

Despite hesitant reviews, I had a great experience. They open promptly at 8 AM — no need to arrive early. Staff greets you inside, and no extra key is needed since they use remote access. Updates come through the Tesla app, with a call from your advisor for anything major. Francis was my service advisor and he was very professional. There are various shops and eateries while you wait. Starbucks, mcdonalds, Jersey Mike, yogurt place, donut place. Most likely you'll hang out at Starbucks. The bathroom code is 71166.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Tesla Service Review I brought my car in for issues with the trunk not closing properly and a seat belt concern. The Tesla Service team was professional, thorough, and efficient. They carefully inspected both issues, explained the repairs clearly, and completed the work in a timely manner. Communication was smooth throughout the process, and the repairs were done to a high standard. I feel much safer driving the car now. Overall, a very positive service experience. Highly recommended.
