I love my car, I was recommending the car to everybody but with how this service appointment went I would never recommend a car to someone where the service you get estimated $414 and then when you get in they need to charge $260 for labor and it takes 2 hours of labor to put a rear harness on and plug a sensor into it totally $780 the “radiator cleaning” turns from $180 which they told me they were not going to remove it to clean it just spray it down hey anybody can do that at home or for $1.25 at a self car wash. But because they wanted to charge me more they wanted to fully remove it and clean it for $300 oh and if it needs to be replaced i would pay $600 for the radiator and $300 for the radiator cleaning for $900 that makes no damn sense. So I’m now at just under $2,000 with the diagnosis fee of $268. So I told them what if I don’t have $2,000 right now and I have to get nothing done they said it’ll still be $268 to diagnose it. This is pure bait and switch I asked well what about the sensor it said $120 to fix it on the app he says oh that’s to diagnose it what?!?!? The car is telling me the sensors don’t work I then put it in the app it needs to be fixed I diagnosed it give me me $120! Oh wait that’s what the $268 fee was for the service manager knew nothing didn’t try to resolve any issues or make it right he was stunned when I was asking how the estimate to fix the sensor was $120 but then I get in and they tell me $530 for labor $100 for a wire harness and $150 for the sensor so how was it ever going to be $120?! He had no answer. They had my car for 2 1/2 hours I wasted my time there and they hadn’t done any work on the car they hadn’t cleaned the radiator or did the wire harness or sensor and the radiator was going to add 2 more hours to the job so I’m going to pay for 6 hours of labor at $260 yeah that’s ridiculous when the first 3 hours they did nothing to the car… The service manager was being very rude and was trying to make me pay the $268 diagnosis fee when they didn’t do any work or diagnose anything then there was 2 other customers that walked up so out of fear they’d hear me calling out their bs he just said so what if I just waved the diagnosis fee and you have a good day. I said Great do that again he was stunned he couldn’t even say a word to me for 5 seconds then he said okay. I walked away then when I got my car back they removed the sensor so there’s a hole in the back of my car where it should go the rear left quarter panel wasn’t clicked in either. When I told the tech hey they forgot to put my sensor in he said “Oh they forgot to put that in let me go get it” He had zero shock at all he said it so casually like it happens every single time without fail. Absolutely unacceptable that I took my car in for service and it comes out worse than when I took it in worst experience at service ever. To add the cherry on top it told me I could check for eligibility for a loaner car during the work I asked the service tech he said no we loaned out all the cars to people that have appointments later today like what?!?! Let’s not take care of the person in front of us no let’s take care of the people coming in at 4pm?! makes absolutely no sense especially when you can’t reserve a loaner through the app this was at the very start too before we had problems just the worst the service manager at Ann Arbor MI dealership working on August 10th needs to be fired immediately.

We had a very troubling service experience at Tesla Ann Arbor. My wife brought her Tesla in for a steering wheel vibration issue at highway speed. Tesla Ann Arbor told her the wheels were bent and recommended replacing all four wheels and all four tires. The total cost was approximately $7,000. After I questioned the repair, I contacted Tesla Ann Arbor and regional management to provide objective diagnostic evidence supporting the need to replace all four wheels and tires, including wheel bend measurements, road-force balance results, photos, technician notes, or a clear explanation of why less expensive options were not sufficient. I did not receive a meaningful technical explanation. I was only told that Tesla “followed the process.” In my opinion, this is unacceptable for a $7,000 repair recommendation. A customer should not be expected to approve such an expensive repair without clear diagnostic documentation and a reasonable explanation of alternatives. We are now reviewing this through formal consumer complaint and legal channels. If other customers have experienced similar high-cost repair recommendations without clear documentation, I encourage you to save your invoices, service records, emails, app messages, and authorization records, and consider filing your own complaint with the proper Michigan authorities. I hope Tesla Ann Arbor will provide a fair resolution instead of simply dismissing the concern.

There are not enough words of affirmation to indicate how happy we were with Tesla. We went into this with only 1 of us being onboard with purchasing a Tesla. Guess who that was? Right, my husband. This vehicle was the last thing I ever expected owning. Our first stop at the dealership we met Cash. Extremely knowledgeable and very kind. We test drove the Model X. I was very impressed with the vehicle, but still not willing to commit to a purchase. We came back again and had the pleasure of meeting Rob. What a game changer. He was so personable and friendly. We felt as if we were talking with our son! I’m going to speed up this review as we went back and forth numerous times. We met Adrian as well through this process. Again very friendly and knowledgeable. We love that all of them seemed to be working towards the same goal of satisfying any questions we had and encouraging us to drive whatever vehicle we needed to make our final decision. I’m not sure we would’ve bought this vehicle without Rob’s patience with my relentless questions and need to test drive over and over, but he did and we are now proud owners of a 2026 Model Y! You certainly have the right people in place at this location. Thank you a million times to Cash, Adrian and most especially Rob

World class experience. My buddy needed to get his low voltage battery replaced. Literally couldn't be any easier. We show up drive through a garage door get out of a vehicle and then wait until it's done. The sales people there were excellent they recommended a great place for lunch and they also let me test drive a few cars. No pressure no hassles or anything like that. It was just such a very good experience and I would highly recommend going here. I would highly recommend looking into purchasing a Tesla in general. Their cars are excellent and their software and hardware works seamlessly together for a very good experience. Don't forget to enable insane mode.

The people at the service center here have been absolutely wonderful! They have addressed every issue we’ve ever had promptly. My husband‘s model X battery failed with 100,000 miles on it and they replaced it for free. When the computer went out to my model Y they replaced it under warranty. And when my window on my model Y spontaneously busted in the cold a few days ago the mobile technician was at my house less than two days later and worked tirelessly for an hour in the cold to fix it. I really appreciate everything they have done for us! I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
