Charged for a Repair That Never Happened I brought my Tesla in for a CCS retrofit and was notified the vehicle was ready for pickup. I paid the bill and was literally about to leave when I asked a technician a question about the upgrade. To my surprise, I learned the retrofit had never been performed. Let that sink in: The vehicle had been marked complete, I had been charged, and I was moments away from driving off believing the work was done. Had I not asked questions, I likely never would have known. Mistakes happen. What concerns me is how a vehicle could be released and a customer billed without anyone verifying that the work had actually been completed. My advice to other customers: verify the work before leaving the service center.

⭐️ (This is a 6 star review, google only allows 5) Antonio was AMAZING. It was spray stressful to have my window broken but he understood and put me at ease. It felt like genuine care for what I was going through. I’ll probably only go to this service center if I have any problems with my truck again. The service was unmatched and I’ve been with Tesla for years. Thanks Antonio.

Not very nice experience! You got to be very careful on what repairs your car needs with the ones you finally get!! At the end I got full refunded!!

I’ve tried to remain patient and understanding, but the situation has become ridiculous. I’ve had to visit this service location 3 separate times for Tesla to properly complete a basic wheel alignment. On top of that, an outer belt assembly is reportedly taking a month to arrive. At this point, I’m beginning to question whether the order was ever placed after I initially raised the issue with the onsite team. This is the 3rd time I'm having to reschedule this particular service as well. The Branch Manager should be actively present at this location on a daily basis to ensure services are being completed properly until operations are running smoothly and consistently here.

Top-notch service! All staff members are incredible. We won't go anywhere else for our Tesla needs. Highly recommended!
