Working with Nelson was a 10/10 experience the entire staff was friendly and took good care of me, Nelson really took his time and answered my questions, I probably asked the same question like over 50 times, he was patient and worked hard on making this process the most seamless to me, I was nervous as this was my first car that I was leasing, also Lenayah was so kind and wonderful, Fernanda as well everybody there!!! I had an amazing experience working with Nelson at Tesla. I originally came in just to test drive a few vehicles and didn’t plan on making a purchase until the end of the month. To be honest, Tesla was actually at the bottom of my list because I assumed it would be a boring car. Within minutes of my test drive with Nelson, he completely changed my perspective. I quickly realized that while Tesla is minimalist in design, it is definitely not boring. On pickup day, he had the car washed, fully charged, and waiting for me with my name on it and a beautiful silver bow. It was such a thoughtful touch and made the experience feel even more special.
