Tesla Aurora

⭐️ Absolutely unacceptable experience with Tesla Aurora. I have never been more disappointed in a vehicle purchase. Tesla sold us a car with tires that were FOUR YEARS older than the vehicle and had extreme wear and tear. Let that sink in. A vehicle dealership knowingly—or at the very least negligently—put a customer in a car with tires in that condition. Tires are a major safety issue, and this should have been caught and addressed BEFORE the vehicle was handed over to us. And the condition of the car when we arrived was just as disappointing. The car wasn’t even clean. They were literally cleaning it as we arrived for our scheduled pickup appointment. This wasn’t some unexpected walk-in—we had an appointment, and Tesla knew we were traveling specifically to pick up this vehicle. What makes the situation even worse is that Tesla knew we were in a position where we had to take the car. My husband had to fly into Denver specifically to pick it up, so by the time we arrived, we couldn’t simply walk away and make another trip. They had the advantage of knowing we had already invested the time, travel, and money to get there. This is not what I expect when purchasing a vehicle from Tesla—or from any reputable dealership. The lack of attention to basic vehicle condition and safety was completely unacceptable. Selling a vehicle with severely worn tires that are four years older than the car is something that should never happen. The fact that the vehicle wasn’t even properly cleaned and ready for a scheduled delivery only added to the feeling that once they had our money and knew we were committed to picking up the car, customer service became an afterthought. We traveled a significant distance and made specific arrangements to pick up this vehicle, and Tesla couldn’t even have it properly inspected, prepared, and cleaned before we arrived. If you’re buying a Tesla from the Aurora location, inspect EVERYTHING yourself before you accept the vehicle. Check the tires, tread, tire age, brakes, paint, interior, and every detail. Do not assume Tesla has properly inspected or prepared the vehicle just because it’s being sold directly by Tesla. This experience has seriously damaged my confidence in Tesla’s vehicle preparation and customer service. For a company selling vehicles at this price point, this level of care is completely unacceptable.

Every time I bring a vehicle here, I end up dealing with issue after issue. The last time, I had to bring my vehicle back three separate times and only received service credit after repeatedly speaking with management. This visit has been no different. I specifically called ahead and was promised a loaner vehicle. When I arrived, I was told there were none available. After more discussion, they finally agreed to “make an exception,” but only if I returned the loaner within two hours. I was assured my vehicle would be finished in less than an hour and a half. Two hours later, while driving back, I called for an update and was told they had not even started on the vehicle yet, but promised it would be done within another hour. An hour and a half after that, I called again and was told it would still be another 30 minutes. I am still waiting for my vehicle to be completed. This service center has been consistently disorganized, misleading, and frustrating to deal with. Unfortunately, this is not an isolated incident — this same pattern happens every single time I come here.

In all of my lifetime (so far) I have never been so fortunate to meet such a thorough, thoughtful and considerate team than the individuals working this location, with the exception of Doug. My experience otherwise has been near perfect and I cannot praise them enough for the expertise and wisdom they bring to this company. Iris 100% saved the day on assisting me with completing my delivery for a Model X and I will be forever grateful 🙏🏾 - Mr. Ferguson

Excellent experience for both pick up and service. Pick up was so easy and casual. Plenty of time to inspect car and then very quick to complete and drive off. Had 2 issues found in a few days and set a service appointment a week out. Love that they interact with you to get details and prep before the drop off. Was given a loaner and issues fixed in less than 24 hours. Questions answered quick and everything fixed had a clear explanation. Shout out to Renee for a great first service experience. Thank you!

Im going to start the review with come see Zac if you’re interested in a new Tesla. He is so helpful, he has addressed all my problems/inquiries about my car and registration process. He’s gone above and beyond. Second, this is my first electric vehicle and I LOVE EVERYTHING ABOUT IT!!!! Especially the self driving feature. I love the quality, all the extra features (sentry mode and not having to have keys on me to get into a car). I honestly now look down on gasoline cars and have no interest in ever buying one. Thing thing is sooo zippy too! My model 3 is as fast as a Porsche and you don’t need gas. Having the car drive you was well worth the extra $8k. My next one will be the model S.
