Tesla

This is my second Tesla. Because of an account issue, I spent two days at this delivery center, but the team stayed patient, positive, and helpful the entire time until everything was resolved. They treated every customer with kindness Definitely a trustworthy team 👍 Hope Elon give them a raise

Bart and the rest of the service center were great to work with. Up front about potential issues based on the issue I was having. They visually showed me the issues as well. They also provided a nice loaner for me which was a nice perk, considering the other 2 Tesla service centers I went too wouldn't provide me with a loaner. Overall a much better experience here than the other 2 I've been too previously. This will be my new Tesla store for any other service needs or for when we're ready to purchase a new Tesla.

I had an exceptional extended test drive in the Model Y! The team was personable, professional, and made sure I felt fully confident in the vehicle's capabilities before heading out. I'm currently dealing with a broken ankle, and experiencing Full Self-Driving in action was jaw-dropping; the system is far more safe, smooth, and intuitive than I anticipated. This experience completely changed my mind and made me a believer in the technology. I highly recommend this team for their expertise and service!

If I could give this crew 10 stars, I would. Absolutely the best car buying experience ever. I went in on Saturday simply to find out more about the Tesla brand and to test drive a Model Y. I’ve never owned an EV, but I was open to exploring it based on my research and based on riding in my cousin’s Tesla. Knowing I was due to turn in my lease, I decided to check out my options. Kent greeted us upon walking in, told us literally everything about Tesla and took us on a test drive. We came back, discussed potential options and by the time I left, I knew I would be back. Because of Kent’s experience and knowledge, I walked away feeling much more confident about switching to Tesla. Fast forward, two days later, I went back in with the intent to purchase my car. Kent was on break but I was pleasantly greeted and helped by Jay. He revisited the options and walked me through the ordering process. My car was located at a nearby Tesla and I picked it up today. I couldn’t be more pleased with my purchase. I also want to mention that I called and spoke to Jack when I had questions about the delivery/pickup process and he called over to the other location and helped with my questions. If you are on the fence and looking for a great crew to work with you on your next purchase, I urge you to go to this location. Thank you guys!

Loving the new location. Having my car currently serviced and Jimmy along with his team have been wonderful to work with. Explained and showed me everything needed. Very knowledgeable, professional and friendly.
