Tesla Bellevue Square

I recently visited a Tesla store at Bellevue Square and was denied entry because I declined to provide my email address. I was informed that this requirement is intended to help manage high customer traffic during weekends. I found this experience concerning, as being unable to enter a retail store due to not providing personal contact information felt unreasonable. If the store is experiencing capacity constraints, there are standard approaches to managing this, such as a queue system where customers wait outside and are admitted as space becomes available. I would have been willing to wait my turn. What made the situation particularly notable was that there were only three customers inside the store at the time. Under those circumstances, denying entry based on an email requirement appeared disproportionate to the stated purpose of managing traffic. As a long-time Tesla customer, including ownership of two Tesla vehicles and purchase of FSD, and as a Tesla shareholder, I was surprised by this experience. I would have expected a more customer-focused approach, particularly given my history with the brand and my investment in the company. I believe this policy may benefit from review. If email collection is being used as a tool for managing store traffic, it may be worth considering alternative approaches that achieve the same operational goals without requiring customers to provide personal information simply to enter a retail location. I felt extremely insulted.

We had such a great experience at Tesla Bellevue Square with Sebastian. He was extremely nice and took us on a test drive, explained all the key features and functionality in detail, and helped us understand the differences between the Model Y and Model YL. We were really impressed by his passion, expertise, and patience throughout the process. He made the experience very informative and enjoyable. We had a very disappointing experience with Tesla sales. We were promised a price match for an inventory sale, but this was not honored in the final terms. At the financing stage, we discovered the price was higher than what had been communicated to us. In addition, communication was slow and unclear, and it took a long time to get a response and understand what was actually happening with our order. We genuinely liked the car, but the overall sales experience was frustrating and fell far below expectations. Due to this, we have decided to cancel our Model Y purchase.

Kelly was absolutely amazing throughout my Tesla experience. she made everything smooth, and actually enjoyable. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the car, answered every question I had, and took the time to explain features in a way that made everything easy to understand. What really stood out was how patient and genuine she was. She never made me feel rushed and made sure I was comfortable and confident with every step of the process, If you’re getting a Tesla, I highly recommend working with Kelly. Visited the Tesla showroom inside Bellevue Square Mall while shopping and honestly preferred it over a traditional dealership experience. The space is clean, modern, and low-pressure. A couple of vehicles were on display, and while they do offer test drives, but I didn’t take one during this visit. It wasn’t clear where the test drive vehicles are kept, but the staff seemed to handle that behind the scenes. Just note, this location is for sales and information only; no servicing is done here. Mall parking is easy, and restrooms are available nearby. A smooth, relaxed experience. This location is ideal if you’re early in your EV journey. JY review
